Its decoration is modern and comfortable, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. It is located in the residential area of Aldea Maya, with 24 hour security, in a quiet and safe area, 5 minutes from downtown Tulum and the beach. Fibre optic internet connection 50 Mbps The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator): ➯Layout: ✓ At entrance are the dining room and kitchen. ✓ On the same floor there is a bedroom with a full-size bed, a full bathroom, the laundry room with washer and dryer. ✓Upstairs you will find the living room with TV, Youtube, Netflix (with your own account), ecc. ✓ One bedroom with queen-size bed with balcony, and a full bathroom. ✓ On the third floor is the private terrace with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is not heated, it is naturally heated by the hot Caribbean sun. ➯➯ The private jacuzzi needs to be cleaned every 3/ 4 days, so if your stay is longer, please note that our maintenance staff will come in to go up to the terrace and clean the jacuzzi (it is not necessary for you to be present).
